Our founder
Hey, I'm Chelsea.
I'm the founder and creative director of Duo Agency, a Brisbane-based Instagram agency specialising in photography, videography, Instagram strategy and full-service management.
15 years ago my love and passion for the creative industries was set in stone. I began my journey as a model and through this was given the opportunity to work alongside unique creators from all generations. As time moved on I began to realise that my path wasn't only paved for being in front of the camera, I wanted to know everything about what happened behind it.
So I became a fashion stylist and creative director before discovering an obsession with photography, videography, blog writing and, naturally, Instagram. After working across every aspect of content creation, my passion was truly born.
Day in and day out I broadened my knowledge on why content is so incredibly important to people, brands and businesses. Because creating and sharing content is more than capturing a photo, filming a reel or writing a killer caption. Every single piece of content must tell a unique story that resonates visually and represents its purpose.
Instagram has been the backbone of my personal brand since the very beginning, and I wouldn't have seen the business growth I have without it. What started as a one woman show has grown into a small but mighty team of creative experts, each one hand picked for their talent, passion and genuine love of this industry.

Creative Assistant
Meet Layla.
Layla is our pocket rocket, the gen Z energy that keeps Duo moving fast, thinking fresh and never getting too comfortable with the status quo.
Currently studying and already running laps around most, Layla brings a sharp eye, fast hands and an instinct for what actually lands on Instagram right now. She assists across client accounts, writes captions, edits Reels, jumps on shoots and plugs into the creative strategy wherever she's needed. Basically, if something needs doing, Layla's already on it.
She's the kind of person who picks things up instantly, brings genuine enthusiasm to everything she touches and somehow makes the busiest days feel more fun. Don't let the "assistant" title fool you. She's the real deal, and she's only just getting started.
Creative Lead
Meet Alanna.
Alanna is the calm, clever, creative brain behind so many of the ideas, visuals and strategies we bring to life here at Duo. With a background spanning beauty, hospitality, wellness, e-commerce and professional services, she brings a rare mix of sharp strategy and big creative energy, the kind that turns "just content" into something people actually feel.
She's detail-driven, type-A in the best way, and has a gift for seeing exactly what a brand needs before they even know how to ask for it. Her approach? Clear frameworks, elevated visuals and scroll-stopping storytelling that feels intentional, never generic.
Around here, we call her our creative engine, because she brings momentum, ideas and personality into every project she touches. Your brand is in seriously good hands.
